The agent of Porto midfielder Fernando Belluschi says he is on the verge of completing a loan move to Genoa.
The Argentine midfielder will move to the Stadio Luigi Ferraris until the end of the season, with the Serie A side having the option to buy half of his playing rights, the percentage Porto own, for five million euros in June.
Porto have agreed to Genoa s offer, agent Alberto Meo told Record. On Belluschi s part, everything is settled, too.
The only thing left is that Genoa send the plane ticket for him to fly to Italy, which should happen on Monday or Tuesday.
Belluschi, who arrived at the Estadio do Dragao from Olympiakos in 2009, has made 26 appearances in all competitions so far this season.
The 28-year-old s departure will increase the club s need for a new central midfielder, with Fredy Guarin also expected to leave in January.
Porto are interested in Santos 22-year-old playmaker Ganso.
